Eligibility Requirements

• Citizenship: Pakistan or Afghanistan (refugees may be considered)
• Academic Requirement: Minimum 80% marks or 3.0 GPA in last degree
• Admission Status: Admission to or enrolled in an accredited university
• Age Limit: Under 30 for Master's, under 35 for PhD programs
• Financial Need: Demonstrated financial need
• Commitment: Must return to home country after studies
